Features

  • Switchable Frequency: This can be set to oscillate at any of four frequencies (40kHz, 80kHz, 120kHz, 170kHz, or any three) using the switching controller.
  • Flexible Setting: Manual operation of the GCX oscillation mode setting, output level adjustment, etc., is possible using the front panel control switches and volume control.
  • Cleaning Uniformity: The sweep function allows the oscillation frequency to vary periodically in the range of ±1000Hz, preventing uneven washing. The sweep rate can be switched between Hi and Low.
  • External Control: By selecting the controller to the external control mode, external control operation including frequency switching is possible.
  • Power Control: The ultrasonic output can be adjusted to match the ultrasonic output to match the material to be cleaned. Manual adjustment and continuous variation from the PLC are possible.
  • Auto Frequency Adjuster: The AFT circuit built into the oscillator circuit ensures that the ultrasonic waves are always emitted at the optimum frequency to follow changes in cleaning conditions.
