OMNI 1620P

The Branson OMNI 1620P Aqueous Cleaner is process equipment for the cleaning of parts using ultrasonic energy. It is the newest generation of product using this sophisticated technology for a variety of customer applications. The OMNI 1620P is a version of Branson’s OMNI line of aqueous ultrasonic cleaning systems. The system is a PLC controlled, pre-configured cleaning system consisting of an ultrasonic cleaning tank, a Two-stage Cascade Rinse Tank, ultrasonics in the first stage, and a recirculating Hot Air Dryer. A touch screen operator interface allows setpoints to be set for time and temperature at each station. Two ultrasonic Generators are integrally mounted.
